MANUFACTURING

Our main manufacturing facility is in Kerala, India, which is where our fabrics are woven. This area has played a significant part in our history, as it is renowned for its craftspeople and their hand-weaving expertise, allowing us to offer the finest fabrics to the Western market long before anyone else could.

This is also where our finished products are crafted. Talented local artisans work in tandem with our design team to develop each item, bringing our visions to life. Here, we bring together modern technology and traditional techniques to create exquisite textiles.

Our hand guided embroidery facility is located in Delhi, a city that has been known for its embroidery expertise since the Mughal period. It is here that we use hand-guided sewing machines and time-honoured techniques to create intricate fabrics.

Our CAD machines are used to provide high-quality finishes to meet each client’s unique requirements.

Our jacquard and dobby silk fabrics are produced in Mysore, in Karnataka. Here, the climate and altitude have provided the ideal conditions for the mulberry silk which has made this region the traditional centre of silk weaving in India for many centuries. Nowadays, our fabrics are woven using state-of-the-art machinery.

We have also adapted some of the traditional power looms to produce fabrics suitable for the modern requirements of today.
